  This is by far my favorite food to eat in the area but man 2nd time in a row our order was completely botched with half of the ingredients missing. And ofc we don't find out until we get home so too much hassle to return it. First time it happened, we complained in the app and received no response whatsoever so this time we won't even bother. Such a shame but won't be fooled a 3rd time.

  I love CAVA, but this branch has been the worse performer compared to others in MA. Recently I went on a Saturday early evening and they were short staffed which understandably can happen, but the staff were slow, looked very unhappy to be there, and were not really supportive of each other. Plus the manager was cursing in front of customers about another employee walking out or something.l. Food quality was almost like other branches except the lentils were hardly even cooked. Which is hard to mess up. Will try going the Lynnfield location instead.

  I thought I was gonna break a tooth !! ADD MORE WATER TO THE BLACK LENTILS PLEASE! they are not crunchy from any other location!

  I’m here waiting 35 minutes to pick up my order me and a bunch of people, the manager isn’t doing anything she’s on here phone complaining that they only have 3 people working and cursing, instead of her helping the crew out so the order can start going Fast
