  The steak was sooooo chewy and tough I couldn’t finish my meal. My jaw was literally popping trying to eat the steak

  Good portion sizes compared to other locations, came here on the night before a flight. Hit the spot, for a nice filling dinner.

  as soon as you walk up to the building you can smell the fresh aromas and food from cava and the hospitality was unmatched will definitely be coming back

  This is by far my favorite food to eat in the area but man 2nd time in a row our order was completely botched with half of the ingredients missing. And ofc we don't find out until we get home so too much hassle to return it. First time it happened, we complained in the app and received no response whatsoever so this time we won't even bother. Such a shame but won't be fooled a 3rd time.

  I love CAVA, but this branch has been the worse performer compared to others in MA. Recently I went on a Saturday early evening and they were short staffed which understandably can happen, but the staff were slow, looked very unhappy to be there, and were not really supportive of each other. Plus the manager was cursing in front of customers about another employee walking out or something.l. Food quality was almost like other branches except the lentils were hardly even cooked. Which is hard to mess up. Will try going the Lynnfield location instead.
