  I'm a resident of Beverly and i go often to this location, was not that great when it come to cleaning , but look like they are changing the way of how they are operating , the store look clean and the team look happy , food look fresh, I'm glad to see changes. keep getting better and better.

  I loved this location for the few times I visited before. However, when I placed an order for pickup earlier today, while I was waiting for my order to be made, I witnessed the worker touching their face, pants, etc. with the same gloves on while they were handling and assembling other bowls including my own. Horrifically, they then picked up a fallen trash barrel with those same gloves on and then proceeded to finish assembling my bowl and pressing it down with their hand before putting the lid on 🤢 I've never felt more nauseous. They handed me my bag of food and I immediately threw everything out when I got home—$37 wasted. I can't even imagine what else is going on behind closed doors when this is what's going on at the front counter. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Please implement better cross contamination and food safety procedures before someone gets seriously sick.

  I have gotten Cava on Dodge St probably about 7 times in the past 6 months, first two times were pretty good...but after that, everytime I've ordered it's been wrong and i'll get the texts saying its ready, but they dont even start making it until 10+ minutes after you walk in to pick it up. The one time I had went back to get my order fixed (only because they had forgotten things that I paid extra for) the workers just blankly stared and one goes "so you want me to remake it?" ..but in a weird way like it was a burden lol. I didn't even want them to remake it, just add the steak they forgot to put on it. I always give places a fair chance, but I'm done going here. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but between the constant wrong orders and the attitudes from workers and the steep decline in quality from the first 2 times I went here, it's just a waste of money and time.
