- ESEmma SongJun 26, 20261.0I met the same plump lady with blackish-brown hair who made disrespectful remarks to me at the Mt Auburn Star Market again in this store. Maybe she is the regional manager or director. Again she literally made the rude remark that I was nothing, which should and would not be tolerated by anyone.

However, there is one manager (?) there who is the most dour, unpleasant person i have ever encountered and am stunned that he is in retail. Can't even be bothered to respond to a hellowand seems put off by any request. I now avoid him like the plague--and more often go to cambridge store as a result. A problem for you i think.
