That's like an ice cream shop not having spoons. Anyway, the guy was very short w/me and didn't know how to use my coupon. I asked him if he could check w/the store manager so he knows for the future, and he said: There is no future, today is my last day. Normally I'm asked if the bagels are toasted enough for my liking, but he didn't ask. Can't wait for Newton to be done with their renovations.

The staff was particularly nice; they showed how we could get five additional bagels for the same price I was about to pay. The only negative is they recently discontinued the bacon scallion cream cheese, which was a favorite of ours.
