- OTOrlando Apartment ToursJun 17, 20262.0My husband ordered a Double Strawberry Refresher for me, but it wasn’t the drink I was expecting. Since I’m fairly new to ordering refreshers at Dunkin’ and usually go to Starbucks, I wasn’t sure if the drink I normally get had been changed or if this was a completely different beverage. I politely asked the employees behind the counter to explain the differences between the strawberry refresher options so I could better understand what I was ordering. Unfortunately, the responses felt very limited and unhelpful. It seemed like they either didn’t know the differences or weren’t interested in explaining them. I even asked for a pen so I could write down the name of the drink I wanted for future visits. The employee walked away before helping me, which left me feeling ignored. I’ll still drink the Double Strawberry Refresher, but the drink I was actually looking for was the Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher. While this wasn’t a major issue, I believe the customer service at this location could improve, especially when helping customers who aren’t regular visitors and have questions about the menu. I’ve had excellent experiences at other Dunkin’ locations, so I know great service is possible. In comparison, I’ve consistently received more helpful customer service at Starbucks and even smaller local beverage shops. A little patience, product knowledge, and customer care can go a long way toward creating a better experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

- JJJoeJul 15, 20243.0The new lids are terrible. Hard to explain but I can’t. Sip from this new lid. My top lip is hitting the new plastic latch. I feel like I have to pour the coffee into my mouth. That new latch is preventing a seal . I just tossed the cover. Maybe something is wrong with me but I did not enjoy using that lid. I hope this lid goes away fast. I felt like I was going to burn my mouth or get coffee all over myself.The other lid was fine. Even the lids from the 80 s were better. Remember you would just tear off your own opening. At least you can get your top lip on the side of the cup.
