  If I could give the rating for atmosphere a 0, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I was with my acquaintance grabbing a quick bite, and the sun just so happened to say hello. A pair of people sat nearby from my acquaintance and I. One was a man with blonde curls, and the other was one of your employees. She must have been off duty. (Which I think is personally unprofessional, but you do you!) Well, SOMEONE WOKE UP ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE BED! My acquaintance and I, wanting to show our faces to the sun, spoke about going outside to photosynthesis our faces. As we stood up, I heard this gravelling, agitating, degrading voice mocking me! “Ooo, photosynthesis! You’re gonna go photosynthesize?” And the worst part? Your little EMPLOYEE, McDonald’s, was letting it happen?! What happened to kindness in this world? I have moved on and photosynthesized with my acquaintance, but this has truly moved me. Goodbye, McDonald’s. You’ve lost one more dear customer. PS, Your chicken doesn’t even taste like chicken. Get it right.

  Unbelievable how many times this place charged me $1.79 for adding a single slice of cheese on a Sausage & Egg Biscuit. Just no sense at all here. Managers told me they had to charge that because "It's what the button says"... The difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger was about 15 cents.

  The woman in the store was extremely rude while I was on a doordash run and wouldn't give me the order because I had to physically show her the number and she didn't see the name so she kept being rude.

  Ordered 4 plain double cheeseburgers and they all had everything on them…terrible
