- BWBob WilkinsApr 29, 20261.0Went to the drive thru. Waited at least 10 minutes in line to place my order. I ordered a McDouble, small fries and a coke. I was told they didn't have any coke. If I hadn't waited so long in the drive thru. I would've gone somewhere else. I guess they don't park the cars at this McDonald's when people's orders aren't ready! They make everyone wait! Unacceptable to have to wait so long!

After making a mistake, she attempted to cover it up by being dishonest, blaming the customers, and raising her voice. I tried to address the situation with the manager, ERIC, but he dismissed the concern without offering any resolution. I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s location for years, and while most of the staff have been friendly, this incident has made me seriously reconsider my opinion of the store. Have reported the issue to the Headquarter and will continue doing so.
