  First visit. Arrived around 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Pretty empty. Did not have ribs available. My problem was they served my husband and son, and then I had to wait for my second choice. I think it is unacceptable not to serve everyone at a table at the same time.

  When we walked in I noticed approximately 7 customers in total. Only 2 waiters and not much of an urgency on their end. The waitress asked if we were eating in or to go. We replied we’re eating in. She said “sit where ever you like”. After 10 minutes she came to our table and asked what we would like to drink. I said water and my wife asked for unsweetened tea and the waitress replied no. So my wife requested coffee instead. After another 5-10 minutes she came with water and refillable coffee. We then proceeded to order our lunch. I ordered shaved beef sandwich with French fries and my wife ordered scrambled eggs with ham and potatoes and toast. Approximately 15 mins later our order arrived and it was all cold to the touch. The entire order was less than room temperature. We informed the waitress and she told us it was an on going thing. She then proceeded to call the manager or owner over the phone and all he can do for us was an apology. The waitress told us please return with your receipt and they would try to do better next time.

  This is the best restaurant in the area. Really good food and atmosphere. The owner cares about customers and truly ensures their satisfaction.

  GREAT overall experience here at Gianna’s! Pictured is the Pulled Pork Benedict and it’s a 10/10!! My kids got pancakes that were also delicious. Danielle was our server and she was so kind, friendly, and attentive. We recently moved to the area and have been looking for a good breakfast spot, well this is definitely going to be our go-to place bc it’s the best we’ve found around here so far!

  I am in Boston visiting and came to Gianna’s Kitchen for breakfast. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The food was great. They have more Benedicts than you can name. Our server, Scott was great and the owner came over and talked to us. Great service, great food and great atmosphere!
