It looked like it had been overstuffed, causing it to come apart and making it difficult to eat. It was poorly wrapped, making it appear unsanitary to eat.

When I asked her if she could remove some she started to put more on and I had to stop her. Could not speak English or understand a hand signal. The food ended up being awful.

The dining area was noticeably dirty, with trash around the fountain drink station and tables that had not been cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning. What worried me most was that if the customer area is not being kept clean, it raises questions about how well the kitchen is being maintained. I brought my concerns to the manager, but there was little response and no immediate action was taken. This location did not used to be like this. Since the management change, the cleanliness and customer service seem to have declined significantly. I hope Chipotle addresses these issues because this restaurant was once a much better place to visit.
