Low portions. Did I mention there was hair in my food one time from this location? I go to other chipotle and nothing happens. It’s just you. Be ashamed

- BMBella MartinApr 11, 20261.0I go to Chipotle pretty often and I honestly the Bedford location is the worst place out of the whole industry. The place is disgusting, the sodas are never filled with there syrup, the ice machine is always empty, the silverware station is absolutely horrific and the staff is the worst people on this earth. They are rude, slow, bitchy and like to upcharge people. My sister and I ordered chipotle at 10pm and went to go pick it up, when we got to the restaurant around 10:10pm the doors were locked, the chairs were stacked and they were getting ready to leave. Once we made a huge scene they made my sister's food correctly and my food was missing more than half of it. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with fajita veggies and a side of brown and white rice. I got the quesadilla with the chicken and HARD cheese but never got my sides or veggies or my soft drink. The people who work there are disgusting people and should be ashamed of themselves.
