- 4444R0NSep 29, 20262.0Our orders here have been consistently wrong. Last order my chips were forgotten and cheese was left out of one dish. They have the new chili lime chips but they are usually stale and the seasoning is clumped all over one side of the chips. They usually dont seem to have enough people working, as workers are juggling between walk in orders and take out and catering. I’ve similarly watched other people ahead of me get frustrated with the lack of urgency and accuracy of their orders as well, further confirming how I feel about this location. Tables are usually not cleaned either. Luckily Ive not eaten in there often.

I have been coming here almost everyday for the past few months and the newer employees are not good at all. They barely put any quantity anymore. I got a chicken bowl and usually, a few weeks ago, they would overload it with the food. Now it isn’t even half way full. I am not paying 15 dollars for a bowl that will take 4 spoons to finish it in. Also, the employees are very sassy nowadays, not giving good service, they never used to be like this but the newer employees are. CHIPOTLE DO BETTER. Thank you.

Ran out of steak, totally understandable. Ran out of normal chicken…okay? Looked like the guy behind the counter was adamant everyone gets the new special chicken. Tried the new special which the skin was like rubber. Place was clean, but sadly i don’t think I’d be back. Was also not given my receipt
