  Brueggers in Bedford, MA is my go to bagel place. ALUEDA, and her staff are friendly, hard working and the bakery is immaculate. Always a positive experience.

  Twice I asked for my bagel NOT to be toasted and when I opened it up 10 minutes away it wasn’t only toasted but burned. If I wanted a toasted bagel I could have stayed home and had a grocery store one from my freezer. Do better.

  This Bruegger's has the nicest people behind the desk. Always smiling and ready to help you bright and early in the morning. Especailly Flavio and Alenda! They always see me and remember my order, ask me about my day, and make amazing sandwiches. The atmosphere at this place also just feels nice to walk into. Highly recommend!

  I don’t know how this place gets a 4 star reviews. At most it’s a two star. In a such small and nice town, a business like this shouldn’t be the way it is. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a bagel. When the coffee came out it was a black regular coffee with no vanilla and no milk or anything. I kindly asked for it to be remade and throughout the experience, the lady rolled her eyes very visibly multiple times. I understand there could have been a miscommunication on the order but the attitude by this lady was not necessary. Will not be going back.
