- SMSara Munroetoday1.0Nothing about my order was wrong, but I couldn’t help but notice how unbelievably disrespectful this woman employee was to what seemed to be a newer employee.She was yelling at him when he offered to help and then yelled at him for doing what she said to do (which was not to help). She then was making faces to the customers that appeared to be in an effort to make fun of said employee. I felt so uncomfortable for everyone in the building as well as for that employee, as it seemed like he was still learning. A friend of mine has the same exact experience not even a hour before me.People need to be more kind to each other.

I swear this morning there were six people in the kitchen and it was all their first days. Girl that made my drink took 15 minutes to A) fill my cup with ice to the brim B) pour two different liquids to barely halfway C) give me the wrong foam - and fill at least an INCH of the cup with it to make up for the lack of liquid. All for it to be $5 that I legitimately cannot stomach. I don’t know if the portions were incorrect or the ingredients were off, but it tasted like i was drinking strawberry paint. Another kid on the other side was getting yelled at by - I can only assume - the one woman who ‘knew’ what to do, although that’s giving her more credit than she deserves. The afternoon shifts have always been good, but morning - weekday or weekend - are undoubtedly just pathetic.

People come after me and go. 15 minutes later still haven't attempted to make my sandwiches standing around waiting with another gentleman whos been waiting. So I say going to do some of my rte be back for sandwiches Back probably 20 minutes later haven't even started making them, asked for my money back. So I decided to try again. I follow a lady and 2 others in. 5 people working standing around the register. 15 minutes later couldn't even get the lady taken care of just standing there, nothing. Guys in front of us walked out we followed. Definitely won't be back. Service has gotten horrible
