    As a vegetarian, I appreciate the amount of options for me but last night I ordered a black bean burrito and received a beef burrito that I ate half of without realizing. Very disappointed and disgusted 😭

    I have come to this Taco Bell multiple times and placed an order online and it tells me it will be ready at a certain time. When we get here to pick up our food we are still sitting here waiting 30 minutes. Employees inside are talking and on their phones while customers are waiting

    This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. This is the second time i’ve been to this taco bell and both were bad experiences. to start the drive through has an AI robot taking orders that first of all takes way to long and dose not hear anything customers say. service workers are fully able to hear the interaction and take over when needed so there’s no point in having the ai. when the ai did not hear me after me every one in my car and the car behind us yelled and i’m sure the entire drive though line could hear me respond repeatedly, the worker came over the com to yell at us. the RUDE employee then yelled saying we shouldn’t talk over the air and maybe it would hear us, then silence. then a little went buy and we were unsure if she or the au was going to take our order. she then once again ridley comes over the mic to ask if we are gonna order something. then was very unprofessional and gave us adittude through the rest or the order and at the window. I am SO disappointed ☹️.

    Came through the drive-through at 11pm to pick up a Grubhub order, I ordered something for myself and then was told very rudely by the woman on the mic that to get the Grubhub order I would need to go all the way back around thru the line again after picking up my own order. When asked why she gave no valid reason other than “that’s just how Taco Bell does it” which is 100% not true as I’ve done this at multiple locations. I did not appreciate the attitude and I also asked for no ice in my drink and they didn’t listen.
