Ordered diet drinks for them since they are diabetic and the store sent full sugar soda as a substitution, despite selecting the "contact me with substitutions" option. Now they refuse to refund, ive wasted several hours on the phone with their "customer service" and they just keep paying the buck and promising call backs which never come. This person is on a fixed income and losing out on $50+ because of Star Market is disgusting. Shame on them.
