  i came in and someone gave me a free drink and made sure i got all my special instructions on my order correct and food was great wait was only about 2 minutes

  They need more personal for night shift, the employee was nice but was clearly struggling because of the short staffing.

  Juju bubu is a newly graduated couple of children, (Cam and Juliet) friends with the managers here and used to getting free food. when the GM Emily told them no they got offended and made a scene wich is when they threw the burrito in the lobby like a bunch of children and wrote this bs comment please stay away from this location acting like this thank you!

  i would just like to say that the manager Emily is a terrible employee and SHOULD BE FIRED!!!! i order my food and i got what i usually get a steak grilled cheese burrito and i open it because she’s already given me one that hasn’t looked right and the day after i ate it i had a terrible stomach ache and i was puking i go again and i get the same order mind you i was being kind the entire time i open my burrito and there is a huge bite mark in it i go back and i tell her and she’s screaming and yelling at me saying if i don’t like it for me not to eat it after i ALREADY PAID for it and i had just got out of practice and i was really looking forward to it if you were planning on going to any taco bell DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!! and i really hope one of the higher ups see this and deal with it because it is absolutely unacceptable

  I don’t come here often, but literally every time I do, there’s an issue. I’m typing this in the parking lot immediately after leaving because of how ridiculous this experience was. We tried ordering Dirty Baja Freezes. The lady taking our order says, “Sorry, the machine’s been broken for like 5 months.” Okay, Dirty Baja Blasts then. “Oh, sorry, we’re out of the cream for those.” Fine. Regular sodas, no big deal. We order my daughter’s meal and the rest of our food, only for her to circle back and tell us they’re out of the side we ordered with one of the meals. Fine, we change that too. We get to the window, only to find out they’re also out of the Mini Taco Salads. I order another burrito instead. Then I wait several minutes for the window to open, only to have a bag shoved toward my face without a single word. Before I can even ask for sauces or anything else, the window is slammed shut. After waiting for her to realize I’m not leaving and open the window again, I finally get a handful of sauce packets hastily shoved into my hands before the window is slammed shut again — this time without a word. 11/10 absolutely terrible and unnecessarily rude experience. Between being out of half the menu and the attitude at the window, I genuinely don’t understand how this place operates.
