  “The person that helped me was rude and also said she couldn't return it since it was purchased at another location. There is nothing about that in their policy when I looked it up”...I have experienced similar where they make up a policy, ask to see it in writing, a front end person is called over, rude interaction, & same nothing in corporate policy to support. This is a violation of the states consumer laws. “Expiration dates are close to expiration and sale items are ready to expire in a few days. <This is generous. I have shopped here for years & many times items are expired. "Can't get through aisles due to loading shelves, maybe you should do this at night when store is closed...their employees are not self aware or customer oriented. They stand in front of the check out talking to one another blocking customers as well as aisles. Today's specialty was a curly red headed young man who kept darting in front of me and other customers outdoors @ the wagons & check out emptying a basket. I believe this store has descended into a state of complete arrogance due to their longevity in this town & lack of competition which sorely needs to change. Perhaps a visit from health inspectors as well.

  I will never shop this store again the way I was treated after going back to the store and confronting the front end manager. All I wanted was the correct refund for a meat item that didn't scan due to the upc not getting recognized. Since the really polite self check associate put in the price but not the upc I realized the coupon didnt get deducted from the price after I got home. So I drove back to the store to get it taken care of and that's when the problems started! After explaining the issue and my reasoning to rectify the problem the front end supervisor got frantically rude and then told me to get the he'll out! Wow, never experienced anything like that before! The store manager Kathy came in and took care of the issue and apologized. I told her I'm probably never shopping the store again! I've been shopping at this location for over 4 years. And yes, everyone has a bad day but please do not take it out on a customer!

  I have lived in Auburn 25 years and always shopped here. I will not be back. Store is disgusting. Produce is rotting. Expiration dates are close to expiration and sale items are ready to expire in a few days. Can't get through aisles due to loading shelves, maybe you should do this at night when store is closed.
