- BDBob DufaultJun 15, 20261.0I will never shop this store again the way I was treated after going back to the store and confronting the front end manager. All I wanted was the correct refund for a meat item that didn't scan due to the upc not getting recognized. Since the really polite self check associate put in the price but not the upc I realized the coupon didnt get deducted from the price after I got home. So I drove back to the store to get it taken care of and that's when the problems started! After explaining the issue and my reasoning to rectify the problem the front end supervisor got frantically rude and then told me to get the he'll out! Wow, never experienced anything like that before! The store manager Kathy came in and took care of the issue and apologized. I told her I'm probably never shopping the store again! I've been shopping at this location for over 4 years. And yes, everyone has a bad day but please do not take it out on a customer!

Expiration dates are close to expiration and sale items are ready to expire in a few days. Can't get through aisles due to loading shelves, maybe you should do this at night when store is closed.

The person that helped me was rude and also said she couldn't return it since it was purchased at another location. There is nothing about that in their policy when I looked it up, just to have your receipt (which I did) and return it in less than 30 days (which it was).
