2 waitress are taking orders, delivering food and clearing.. The manager is walking around asking how the service is while he is passing by dirty tables. No support for the 2 waitresses on..a tray of dirty dishes has sat here the entire time as the manager passes by without clearing anything. Waitresses are doing the best he can

It had been more than 15 years since I last visited an Outback Steakhouse, largely because the number of locations available to me has declined significantly. I ended up visiting this location because I was given gift cards. Based on this experience, I unfortunately would not have chosen to spend my own money here. I was greeted by the hostess who reported it would be at least a 45 minute wait for a dine in experience and was disappointed from the starta most of their tables were empty. I suggested that I could go sit at the bar as it was mostly empty and surprised to see that the invitation was not provided by the hostess as an option. I noticed that other groups of two had made the same suggestion when hearing the wait times. I assume the kitchen was slammed and they were trying to catch up orders but counting the number of tables it did not make sense. Unless they severely struggled with trying to fill the western ten tables that I saw seated in the restaurant at this time, which is nowhere close to capacity. I do want to recognize Brian and Melissa, who were working the bar. They were wonderful, friendly, and helped create a welcoming atmosphere. Their service was one of the highlights of the visit. Unfortunately, my interactions with some of the other staff were much less positive. I was also surprised to see the bartenders spending significant time running around and bussing tables throughout the bar area while several other staff members appeared to be available. From a customer's perspective, the staffing and workload did not seem to be organized particularly well. I saw on more than one occasion. A customer go from their table to the bar to get service. And I was very confused about this aspect, as I saw several other staff members who were serving a very empty room. The food and cleanliness were the biggest concerns. I started with the Bloomin' Onion, which was extremely disappointing. It was excessively greasy, and the appearance suggested that the cooking oil may not have been changed or properly maintained recently. I was also initially given a dirty glass and dirty silverware. The staff replaced them immediately when I pointed it out, which I appreciated, but it understandably made me more cautious about the cleanliness of everything else coming out of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the concerns continued. My steak was overcooked, and the virgin mixed drink I ordered tasted strongly of cleaner and had an overly artificial flavor. My partner did enjoy the novelty of the plastic animal that came with her drink and the color-changing aspect of the drink itself, so that was at least a fun element of the experience. I don't order dessert very often, but I decided to try the cookie. Unfortunately, it was extremely dry and lacked flavor. My partner was also disappointed with the cheesecake. I understand it's a commercial product and meant to serve the masses. But for having something served "fresh" it was an embarrassment. Overall, the restaurant appeared very dirty and seemed to be struggling operationally. I observed multiple orders being returned to the kitchen because of quality issues, as well as several interactions involving a manager and customers regarding service concerns. At one point, tables were not being cleared promptly, and it appeared that the kitchen and staff were struggling to keep up with the workload. What was particularly disappointing was that this experience was so different from what I remembered from visiting Outback years ago. I understand that restaurants can have an off night, but there were too many issues during this visit—cleanliness, food quality, service, and overall organization—to consider it a good experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this location and would not be inclined to return. For trying all signature items that were served poorly, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. Given the price point and time taken, it was not worth it in my opinion.

Terrible service. The service was completely absent. Lots of them walking around. None of them were there to see about anything I needed. Ordered, served food, then never came back.

Took forever to get our food. We arrived at 12:00 and left at 1:40 with just three people. We found hard inedible gristle in our food. Our food was cold when it arrived, only the plates were hot. Our server never checked in with us to let us know how the food was coming. We just sat in silence wondering if we’d been forgotten for over an hour. The food was generally good but our burgers sucked. This really is a place where you should only bother getting steak. Not sure if we’re coming back. 100$ for an annoying experience.

Very, very ,very disappointed! There is nothing I would recommend from my recent dinner here. We were a party of 12 (There were 2 other tables seated, a party of 2 and a party of 3). The dinner started with the server bringing out the bread. Shortly after she brought half the table waters and took our drink orders. 25 minutes later she brought the drinks, 10 cocktails were ordered. We received 2 wrong beers and 3 of the koala punches each had different amounts of ice and varied in color. We ordered our dinners once the server had placed the drinks on the table. She took the food order and then stated "if you need anything else, come find me", and that was the last time she came to our table. We asked the individual bussing tables to send our server to our table so we could order more cocktails. There was a manager sorting items from boxes in the front of the dinning room. After 75 minutes we informed her our server may need some assistance as our table still has not received all waters, some food came out (not all of it), wrong food and she was no where to be found. The manager stated in her defense there was a staff meeting going on. What? At 9pm? Half our table left and returned to the hotel we were offered free bread and desserts. Some of us took the food to go. The worst dinning experience ever! Avoid this restaurant!
