The employee was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a condescending manner, and I overheard him badmouthing other customers which made the interaction extremely unpleasant. While I understand that one individual's behavior does not represent the company as a whole, this experience has left a negative impression, and I do not plan to return to this location in the future.

- JGJames GambriellJun 6, 20261.0Very Disappointed with this location. And I have Dunkin’s practically every morning. Not from here, but other much better locations. I placed my mobile order about 15 mins prior to arrival. When I walked in, you could see a few customers standing at the pickup counter obviously agitated. I approached the counter and saw my coffee, but no food. There were several bags and a gentlemen was adding a back here and there, but wasn’t saying any names or numbers. I started looking at the bags after waiting several minutes. 5346, 5366, but no 5356. Maybe I missed it. A few minutes later and a female employee came over to the counter. The gentlemen plopped another bag down and I asked, “what number is that”. The lady immediately got an attitude and said I needed to be patient. He doesn’t say the numbers, she does and that’s what she’s there for”. Well, nobody has been here and there are bags and containers stacking on top of each other and other customers growing more impatient than myself. HORRIBLE customer service. NO organization. Orders and mobile pickups are all piled together in a 12” space it seemed. There are a lot of problems with this location and I will NEVER be back. Just look at all the recent reviews about rude staff. That says it all!!!
