  one of the worst taco bell places ever been. does not fail every time there they are messed up. place is only as good as their hires and this place sucks.

  Went here for first time on Thurs 8/13 @about 10pm. Normally I go to Washington St in South Attleboro, never have any issues. The Pleasant street store gave me cold food and at least 1 item didnt even seem to be made right. Wasn't even lukewarm. So I wanted to see if this was normal, and sure enough there are more 1 star reviews than I have ever seen. This franchisee owns alot of stores and I can't fathom why this issue has persisted so long and never a response from the owner on any reviews. Maybe a wake up call to the BOH would help correct things.

  I went to this location last night and it was a disaster. I placed my order on the App at 1158PM, arrived to the store and got in the drive though at 1205. We proceeded to wait in that line trapped by the curbs until 114AM!!! when we arrived at the window we were told by the manager Tiana that we were refused service because there was honking coming from the cars in the drive through and it was "disrespectful" . Mind you they already took my money via the app and on the app the order could not longer be canceled so they took my $ and refused to give us our order. I will be calling corporate today along with this franchise owner.... reading these reviews it seems like the night manager Tiana is doing this restaurant no favors and prob she be relieved of her position....photos attached for proof.

  i have been sitting in the drive through for an hour and i can’t get out because im stuck in between cars. worst fast food place ive ever been too in the world
