  a minute ago New $10–20 I came to the pleasant street taco bell location to the drive thru to get a quick dinner for my family, little did i know this was going to be my worst nightmare. The woman on the speaker was very rude, and kept demanding that i order from the combo menu when i very clearly stated i don’t want a combo for my children and i just wanted 2 cantina chicken burritos for my kids and one burrito for myself. Making it 3 cantina chicken burritos. Instead of accommodating me for the wrong order the woman on the speaker was aggressive, telling me if I don’t know what i want to hurry up and order online or come in the store. As someone who was lived in Attleboro their whole life, and has been coming to this location frequently, this type of behavior caught me off guard. I heard through the speaker other employees calling the woman who was taking my order at the time i believe her name was Alexis. Everytime I would get food from here I was always greeted with a smile and my food fresh and delicious, the one usually taking me order? I don’t know his name but he has a beanie on and his customer service is top notch 💯 As a huge company, try to reconsider the type of people you hire (Alexis) that leave your customers unsatisfied.

  Fast service. Easy to use kiosks. Special drive-thru lane for mobile orders. A longer walk from the parking lot to the entrance than normal.

  If i could give them a 0 star, I would. Been going to this place for months probably years. Im used to waiting in the drive thru for 20-50 minutes everytime. However last time I went there itll never make me go back. I ate half my taco realized it was cold, threw it out. Found out i was food poisoned later that night. Had a scorching headache and throwing up for 3 days straight. Dont recommend -1,000/10

  Recently moved and was excited that I was so close to a taco bell, but several times I have sat in this drive-thru after placing a mobile order far ahead of time with only like 1-3 cars in front of me and it still takes at least 25 minutes to get through, sometimes more. I wasn't shocked to see the ratings so low when I looked it up on Google. I don't know what's going so wrong at this location but it's horrible to go through, even during their non-busy hours.
