  Customer service definitely needs to be worked on here. Customer in front of me when I arrived was complaining to the person he was with about how long it took them to take his order. while I was waiting to order several staff looked at me at the counter never acknowledging. A simple, "we'll be with you in a minute" or anything they just looked and kept about their business. after standing there for almost 4 minutes being patient and understanding they might be busy a doordash person walk to the counter and somebody immediately walked up to them and asked them if they were all set. I left never even ordered food.

  The woman at the window was very rude when I told her my drink had no syrup in it. It tasted like seltzer. She gave us a rude look and said it doesn’t look like it. My fiancé and I both tasted it. The syrup was low. Normally I would never say something but this is the second time it has happened at this location.

  Horrible service at this Taco Bell aside from already being expensive I ordered supreme tacos barely any meat in my taco and definitely was not a supreme taco I could have used that money to eat somewhere else and didn’t see my food until I got home.

  I’ve been waiting in the drive-through for 30 minutes, and the employees seem like they don’t want to work, with no management this is without a doubt the worst fast-food experience I’ve had in my entire life, and someone seriously needs to buy this place and replace the management because this is disrespect forAttleboro it is unbelievable this taco bell.
