    Customer service is dead and the ones who aren’t awful will not stick around in a store where they protect workers that are rude to customers

    Managers allow non-service dogs in the building. You see them in carts all the time. Its disgusting and unsanitary not to mention a slap in the face to real service dogs. One pooped in the floor and it took forever for it to be picked up so customers just rolled over it and left tracks through the store. Another barked like a nutcase and they didnt remove it. Absolutely vile and lazy of the managers, one looked right at one in a cart and walked by?? Service dogs DONT sit in a comfy bed in the basket. STOP LETTING THESE DOGS IN!!! ESA are NOT recognized by the ADA and are not service animals.
