The fries were sopping wet and cold from sweating, and the buns were equally as unappetizing. One burger was burnt, lots of onions when I SPECIFICALLY said NO ONIONS.When eating in the restaurant, the food is top notch and tastes completely different. I had better burgers from McDonald's. I Called and complained, got excuses and uncaring attitude. They lost a loyal customer tonight.
