- BBboo bops4 days ago1.0I went to this Dunkin’ yesterday, and the customer service from the two male employees working was terrible. There were drinks sitting around, and the area where they prepare the food looked messy and unorganized. One employee was singing, using his phone, and wearing both headphones while trying to take my order, with goggles sitting on his head. Meanwhile, the other employee was sitting down while customers were waiting for their food and drinks.This is not the first time I’ve experienced this with the young man with the goggles on his this. On a previous visit, I left without even finishing placing my order because the employee was wearing both headphones, using his phone, and singing while I was trying to order. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not have to deal with employees who seem more interested in their phones and music than doing their jobs. I hope management addresses this issue because this is not the kind of customer service people should receive. shout out to the three ladies t we’re working on Thursday morning for my coffee in my sandwich The customer service was great . there was no issue with the customer service. they were all working as a team One takes orders the other one makes drinks and the other makes the food . I went for my coffee and sandwich at 6:10 i left at 6:13 . 🩶

The ladies are always so sweet, friendly, welcoming, and respectful. ❤️ Recently, my husband and I asked if they could remake our frozen coffees, and a young lady was so kind and remade them for us. My husband said it was one of the best frozen coffees he’s ever had, and I completely agree! It was honestly so good. 😍 I believe the young lady is new, and I believe she said her name was Vonyа. She makes THE BEST frozen coffee I’ve ever had! You can really tell she puts care into what she makes. I definitely recommend this Dunkin’! Great customer service and amazing coffee. 🥰☕️

Asked the older lady a question & she had the rudest attitude! Dont work customer service if your going to have an attitude like that! She was so rude i didn’t even want to order anymore walked right out ! Will never come here again after that experience!!!!
