  This new generation of employees between 18 to 23 years old are careless!!! They waited until there was no more chicken to start cooking a new batch. Mind you the restaurant was NOT even full. Then you ask then to only serve a little of rice and they dump two scoops. Careless and on their phones

  I love Chipotle but this location is awful. Ive been going here the past month or so off and on out of convenience sake ive been working in the area and usually I really love Chipotle no matter what I get or where it is. But every time ive been here it seems I've gotten the smallest amount of chicken everytime. And today was my last time at this location unfortunately. Due to the fact I ordered two burritos with chicken and the chicken in the display area was out so they took one burrito to the back to finish it or so it appeared. And when I got back to work I came to find one had a few pieces in the middle and the other had zero chicken. I opened them. I called the location and just asked to speak with the manager or shift lead (not to be a Karen but this is messed up). Anyway they hung up on me twice. Also not to add insult to injury but ive never seen the dinning area clean. Always trash and crumbs everywhere. I know its not supposed to be 5 star but at least have some respect for you area of work and the customers. Instead of lying to thier face and giving them a rice burrito. IT WASNT EVEN BUSY. DO BETTER. BE MORE LIKE CHIPOTLE IN BOSTON OFF SUMMER ST. THIS PLACE IN ATTLEBORO ISNT WORTH ITS. GO TO CHIC FIL-A ACROSS THE STREET BETTER SERVICE AND NO LYING THERE.

  Not a minor mistake. I ordered food and a drink for pickup, and this store put an empty cup with no lid or straw inside a sealed bag. I didn’t find out until I got back to work. There is zero logic in that. Nobody thought, nobody checked, and nobody used basic common sense. Corporate needs to retrain this entire store. If this is the level of attention being used on simple pickup orders, that is a serious problem. The fact that some of these same people are out driving cars is honestly terrifying. This was not me “complaining” — this was a level of carelessness bad enough to deserve a review.

  I had such a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Julysa and Aiko! They were both so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about the customers and take pride in their work. My order was made perfectly and the service was quick even though it was busy. It’s always nice to see employees with such positive attitudes. Julysa and Aiko truly made the visit enjoyable—thank you both for the great service!

  I just ordered from this place tonight for the first time in 6 to 8 months because I've been so frustrated with the portions they give for the ridiculous price they charge. I ordered two bowls tonight one was supposed to have double Barbacoa and chicken with white rice and beans and cheese. Paid over $20 for this order online I got home opened it up and the portions were enough to feed a seven or eight year old there wasn't no double chicken or barbacoa barely any rice it kind of just like spread it out over the bottom of the bowl and not a lot of beans so I went back asking if they could just add more chicken and barbacoa because I paid over $20 for double the Chicken and Barbacoa The cashier said no that is double that is a spoonful of each it was not a spoonful of each maybe a spoonful if you scoop it up and then Shake all the access off. So she went to the back to grab who I think was a supervisor young girl and she said the same thing refused to take care of me refuse to do anything while people were lined up in line seeing what's going on. So after denying and denying and denying to do anything for me I refuse to leave so people that were in line started cashing out and they seen my bowl and every single one of them said that is ridiculous I would not have paid $20 or something like that so we agree with you because of this the supervisor called her manager her manager said to make the bowl over again but to give the same exact portions. This is the reason why I stopped going to these locations and I stopped giving this company my money because it's a rip off for the amount that they charge and what they give. And then when you try to get help from customer service through the app in order to get a refund you sit through the app and a cycle and you get nothing done. As someone who is a retail store manager who knows what customer service is supposed to be like this was not customer service and this is why I will not do business with Chipotle specifically this location. Chipotle Do Better
