I have to order my on the go order 15-30 mins ahead of time and it still isn’t ready. The staff continuously mess up the order, almost like they don’t even read what’s on the ticket. On top of that the staff is very rude and almost upset at me for bringing up the mistakes they made on my order. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere and even going a few minutes out of your way to go to a different Dunkin.

The attendants often have difficulty understanding my order, and it’s common for my order to be incorrect. The wait times are also much longer than expected. This afternoon, I ordered a frozen iced coffee, and it was barely blended. It was mostly chunks of ice instead of a smooth frozen drink. Between the inaccurate orders, slow service, and inconsistent drink quality, I can’t recommend this location.
