I ordered from their website and 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, I called and got told it would be there in 10-15 minutes. 20 minute later, the pizza arrived, cold. Plus, we paid extra for chicken on a salad and it was missing (although we did get the blue cheese we had asked to be removed).

We ordered delivery and timed it so it would arrive at our home around the same time as us after a day out in the city. We live less than a quarter mile from the location so thought there would be no issue with getting our food fresh and trusted the estimated delivery time in the app. We get home and no pizza to be found and the app says it’s still at the shop. Since we live so close I call to ask if I can just come pick it up. I am told the driver already left with our order and would be here soon. The food did arrive about 30 mins late, cold and soggy. Just get the pickup next time and save some money and time. Shame since the pizza is good when it’s take out or fresh but the service is unreliable.
