  Terrible Experience My overall experience in the store would have been positive. They had what I wanted, good stock, but I couldn't get past how rude and incompetent the man who bagged my groceries was. He made numerous mistakes while bagging my order. My tide pods were put right on top of my cape cod chips that, when I had opened later were almost entirely crushed. The cashier was respectful and patient with him even when he responded rudely at the redirection. I ended up having to take some things out and make some adjustments but the bagger seemed hurt and almost as if it was some blow to his dignity and competence. He reflected this by behaving rudely and accused me of antagonizing him in a hostile and aggressive tone. He then redirected his anger at the cashier who began apologizing to me for his rude behavior. His meltdown was completely unprofessional and ridiculous. This man is completely out of his league and should not be handling people's groceries or even be employed here. I don't remember his name but he was an older man likely in his 60s. Not to mention, when I got home I realized that 70% of my groceries had been crushed.

  The man who greeted me in the frozen foods aisle tonight was very friendly and pleasant! I’m not sure if he was the store manager, as I didn’t get a look at his name tag unfortunately. The store had some great deals going on and is always a smooth shopping experience!

  The crew here doesnt care especially produce. Lossing a fateful shopper do to incompetent staff who doesn't care . Oh yeah always expired stuff how can I forget

  I do online delivery ALOT.. it's a great convenience to be able to have it delivered with my schedule and family.. but they ALWAYS GET SOMETHING WRONG.. then I'm inconvenienced all over again after posting for a service.. then having to go out and correct the mistakes made in the order... one of many MANY examples.. a 5lb bag of russet potatoes and I get one potato.. I'm not kidding.. it's always every delivery.. and I'm at their mercy for the convenience.. I've called the customer service line for resolution.. I've returned or exchanged at the danvers store(which is wonderful) but doesn't deliver.. ideally, if this store picked and packed an order the way the danvers store does for locker pick up k which isn't always easy for me to get to) , every customer would be happy.. this store just doesn't care... AWFUL!!
