The toppings alone were amazing, and we were thrilled with the gluten-free crust. (I cannot stand the store-bought cauliflower crusts - I prefer the real deal.) We had no issues with our order from the Andover location. We've seen some complaints about the crusts being uneven, but that is inevitable with hand-tossed pizza. And ours was lovely. We'll be back! :)
