  Why are there employees if they are not going to work? I’m told to use the kiosk because the refuse to take orders at the register not one person was in the store I hope they don’t wonder why McDonald’s lines are crazy and they have no service

  They literally argued with me about whether they put pico in my food while I’m looking right at it. I had to walk out.

  Ordered a bean burrito fresco style and it didn't come out that way, so I asked if I could have it remade without cheese the correct way because I'm lactose intolerant. They told me that I'd have to pay and order another burrito entirely even though I told them I couldn't eat what they gave me. The manager there didn't even look at me and Instead talked to a staff member to relay communication. Extremely bad customer service. Not accommodating allergies/medical needs of customers is horrible and against serve safe and legal rules and regulations. The manager should be reprimanded and retake serve safe classes.
