  HORRIBLE! All I will say is there is a Karen at this location named Linda who makes FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND ASSUMPTIONS TO BLACK PEOPLE SHE HARASSES CUSTOMERS WHERE CUSTOMERS CANT PURCHASE IN PEACE TO HOSTILE TO KEEP AS A EMPLOYEE SHE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO HR CORPORATE FOR CAUSING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS RACISM DIRECT DISRUPTIONS DISRESPECT. LINDA as well while customers are purchasing goes directly to the office to report customers under allegations causing emotional distress while customers have children with them. THEN THE STORE MANAGER FRANCIS would stand right in front HARASSING CUSTOMERS TOO thinking he’s undercover these two should be fired immediately! This location will be getting sued for their actions especially in front of children this is highly inappropriate unprofessional behavior LINdA would make commentary remarks to customers that aren’t friendly or professional when a customer tried speaking to th store manager Linda continued to harass the customers even going near the customers who were caused emotional distress under false allegations to which the store manager had to tell Linda to go away from ease dropping instead of doing her job and then when customers tried to retrieve a cell phone another worker went to look asked Linda and Linda lied at first about not knowing the placement of the cell phone didn’t even bother to bring it to the service desk purposely left the cell phone unattended not doing her job correctly because she got caught harassing customers and in retaliation Linda lacked the professional care to do her job in a professional manner this location wants to continue doing what they are doing to customers allowing this Karen to continuously harass black customers the cops will be called during the incident to be reported and charges will be pressed with harassment orders in place

  I really like this new store; Fresh & clean, bright & lively. I live very close to the one on Harvard st in Brookline, but chose to drive to allston store. They carry much more brands and have good inventory; and Free parking in garage below. Just be sure to bring ticket up with you to scan on way out.

  Beat stop n shop in the neighborhood! The underground garage is a blessing during winter storm days!

  This is the worst stop shop; I had a terrible experience with everything I bought and All they did was start arguing—and this has happened to me twice now, honestly. It actually makes you furious how the staff behaves. The cashiers are terrible; they barely even speak the damn language. And when they get called over to see what’s going on, they all just roll their eyes. It’s truly infuriating. This is the last time I’ll ever shop here, because, quite frankly, it’s a complete disappointment.
