  McDonald is getting worse. I order my food at McDonalds on 1223 Commonwealth Ave today, waited over an hour. Same thing happened on Friday at 6 am, it open half an hour late. I can't cancel it. It happened on Boadway in Everett MA three times last week also. I stop ordering from them after this.

  Extremely slow and rude workers who are not competent and scream at people in Spanish. Where is the corporate number and someone needs to put a formal complaint in with the department of labor because this is actually ridiculous.

  Wildly incompetent, understaffed, train wreck most of the time. The food is not fast or even warm by the time you get it. Do not order here if you are in a rush and want to something quick. Definitely dont go after school let's out every day. They aren't prepared for it.

  Understaffed with a lazy manager that wasn't willing to help the team at all. Line was out the door and the cash registers were broken. I know this place can get busy but it needs a lot of TLC. The workers need a raise!

  NEVER RECOMMEND FOR ANY DELIVERY ORDER This location ALWAYS messes up at least one thing for Uber Eats or GrubHub order. Even though its written on the attached receipt they either forget something you ordered or give you something completely different. They seem to never learn how bad they are so I will give you a couple of examples. I ordered 2 sausage egg mcmuffins, 1 steak and egg mcmuffin, and large strawberry smoothie. ONLY the 2 sausage egg mcmuffins arrived and my drink magically changed to a Large Coke. Other occasions include Egg Mcmuffins being burnt on the bun. Forgetting to put a straw on a drink such as a smoothie and sodas. Specifically selecting something to be removed but completely being ignored while the removed sticker is in place. Forgetting to put selected sauce for chicken nuggets 10pc. Completely missing hash browns on a meal. I hope its not happening on in store orders but will recommend everyone to avoid this store so your order is correct and not this annoying because they never change unless we all show them.
