  Service is excellent. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I make it a point to go once a week atleast only for the service!!

  Today, 3/24 at 1/34 am I came to the Dunkin to order a coffee. As I proceeded into the store I saw that a man was smoking a cigarette and speaking with another individual outside. I thought nothing of it. As I proceeded into the store— the 7/11 attendant advised me the DD guy was outside, when I looked out of the door— he began to shout and yell what do you want. Confused I proceeded to the desk assuming that he couldn’t be speaking to me. I patiently waited to see if possibly there was someone else working at DD. And after about a minute or so the shouting cigarette smoker proceeded to the cash register— the music was extremely loud— when I stated could he put it down because I did not want to shout— he refused and advised that he could hear me— I advised I didn’t want to shout or go deaf with the loud music. He said no it’s my shift. I found this to be highly unusual, disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, he took about 20 secs to wash his hands which is unsanitary. I would not recommend this location at all.

  The guy who works overnights is the rudest man I have ever came across. He is lucky I didn't hop the counter and drag him over it. I'm sorry that you hate your STRESSFUL job making coffee. When I placed my order he pushed the pan the donuts were on and started mumbling under his breath. I told him forget it. Don't go here!!!!!
