  This was my first time ever eating at a Jimmy John's because I figured I'd go for a change and the novelty of it. The cashier made my sandwich with no bread and extra of an ingredient I vividly recall asking her to hold. I had to put the salvageable parts of the sandwich on bread when I got home. I was profusely kind to her and didn't act like some diva with my request. The cashier might as well have spat in my food. I won't be stepping inside a Jimmy John's any time soon. Just eat at D'Angelo's instead; that chain is on their last legs and are a local icon with way more clever menu items, so they could use the help.

  I’ve been twice to this location and both times my online order was made quickly and as requested. The food was prepared neatly and packed well with the correct sides (chips and kickin ranch). As to the quality of the food, people this Jimmy John’s so they’ve got the same exact turkey, roast beef, etc as every other location in existence. No complaints from me, I know what I’m getting. The bread has been fresh and the veggies fresh as well. I appreciate the owners of this franchise and also recognize the managers from some of the other dunks locations I’ve been going to for what seems like YEARS (west concord, nine acre corners). I’m sure the kinks will work themselves out as they go. EDIT: third trip was a disappointment, ordered a turkey with cheese and they forgot the cheese, didn’t cut in half, and missed some of the other modifications and included regular ranch instead of kickin. First world problems but kind of a bummer. I should know to check my order before I get home.

  I stopped by on July 25 specifically because I was craving one of your roast beef sandwiches. I was told there was no roast beef. Honestly, I couldn't believe it. Jimmy John's is known for its roast beef. Running out of one of your signature ingredients isn't just disappointing—it defeats the whole reason many customers choose to come here in the first place. I understand that unexpected shortages can happen from time to time. But if a restaurant builds its reputation around certain menu items, making sure those items are available should be a top priority. Customers shouldn't have to wonder whether the main reason they came will actually be on the menu. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I can't recommend this location until they improve their inventory management.

  The gentleman who made my custom Club Tuna sandwich did a wonderful job of putting it together, taking his time with each ingredient, toasting it to perfection, and he was also quite engaging in terms of conversation as he was prepping my sandwich. All in all, excellent service.
