I’m really sorry but I get at least a coffee every day at this place and more often than not it is old, not very hot either! If it was fresh it would not have a burnt taste or be cold. I try to explain it to several people there but they don’t understand me and the problem never gets solved! I ask them to make a new pot of coffee and they just make me another cup of coffee of the same old stuff and hand it to me! It’s so frustrating as I work in the plaza and it’s the only Dunkins at my disposal . I have had many other Coffees made fresh at other Dunkins and I drink a lot of Coffee so I know how it should be and it’s not this way ! Coffee is not cheap and I’ve spent and feel I’ve waisted so much money here over the Years !😞😞
