- SFStacey Foley4 days ago2.0I wanted to give a 1 star but decided to give a 2 star so it cant be deleted im sick and tired of getting one item wrong wich is a beverage always WRONG like about 5 days in a row wrong then I decide to get something really simply and they still cant to it right wich was a medium cold brew with 4 milks and cold foam she didn't put the milk in I mean come on now my other drink is either the heat wave or blush pop and no I dont get just the watermelon drink wich I hate what a complete waste of money and tips and attitude thank you but no thanks it gets tiring for us customers to deal with that its not right its unacceptable the evening crew is wonderful 🙂 im sorry but I'm not sorry this is how I feel I spoken with soneone I believe the manager and you think you would be compensated for what you spend there and you don't even get a gift card thats why customers get treated badly by workers not only at this place but just in general because the workers get away with it and they know they will get away with and they still get to keep there job its basically customer abuse its sickening im so sick and tired of tipping and getting an attitude and getting the wrong drink its really unfair to the customers

Once I went in, and they made my refresher with too much tea and it didn’t look as appealing. I kindly asked them if they could add more concentrate, to even out the color and so I could enjoy the drink I paid for. They did as I politely asked and from then on, they make my refresher the same way they made it then. One time, I went in and one of their employees made my drink automatically with extra concentrate and insinuated that they recalled our conversation about how I liked my drink. Then they called me by my the name that my app was logged in as, which is not correct but it still made me smile. It was a small detail, and not a huge thing that they remembered, however I appreciate the effort that they put in.

You never spread butter or toast the breakfast sandwiches for my family like the orders states. A good example is order#5326 from today. You should be ashamed of yourself! The food is getting thrown away. Waste of money!
