  I purchased 2 large ice coffee and they were so strong I could not drink them so I brought them back and asked for a refund of $12.31 the lady at the window had a nasty attitude and refused to refund me said the coffee was fresh I told her I understood that it was fresh it was not the freshness that was the problem it was way to strong she remade them but I was still unable to drink them but couldn't stay there to argue with her because I had an appointment at 9 that morning

  Very disappointed this is happening to much . Waiting really long time for order had to call on and ask for it then they ask what we had my drink I paid 3 dollars for was nasty watered down . This is happening way to much and we go here a lot

  After waiting a while I received the wrong sandwich. Pressed the button to let someone know and the sandwich was picked up promptly by the carhop who said literally zero words to me about the situation. I’ve now been waiting 15 minutes and have to leave with no food.

  When the new sonic opened in town it was better than the old one in some ways but it has since went down hill. Passed 5 or 6 times I have ordered something has been missing or wrong and the food looks like it has been thrown together and passed like a basket ball to the bag. The order stall screen is a good up grade but when it says that your order is on it’s way and it still takes 10 to 15 minutes before a car hop brings it then it’s no better than the old one.

  Only eat here if you have time to spare. This is by far the longest wait I've had for food at a fast food restaurant. Ridiculous.
