  How about getting some damn cones and placing them in the spot where y'all kiosk ain't working , I should not have to pull into 3 of them and either is working, a simple cone would let me know it's out and maybe fixing them would be better

  I ordered the finish line burger which is dry as a bone like not juicy at all I ordered medium french fries was cold like haven't been near heat and an hour and a small milkshake for $4 and a root beer that chase watered down like it had ice in it and then we poured out the ice and just kept the drink I didn't get hot fries my shake is so small and it has a weird taste to it it's supposed to be banana I've learned my lesson I can't believe I paid 15 bucks for this shit

  My wife and I stopped by this Sonic in Westwego for a strawberry shake and a few other items. When we received our shakes, they were very watery and not mixed properly. We mentioned it to the young man who was helping us, and he immediately remade them without hesitation. The new shakes were much thicker and exactly the consistency we were expecting. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Thank you for the great customer service..we really appreciated it!
