We walked in and were immediately greeted by Harmony’s culinary performance at the register. Truly inspiring. She was eating, drinking, headphones on, and giving off the strong impression that customer interaction was absolutely not part of her job description. Honestly, I’m impressed she even noticed we existed. With her mouth full, a greeting would’ve required Olympic‑level effort, so I get it.
Then came the food wait — a masterclass in how to make “fast food” ironic. Ten full minutes in a completely not‑busy Taco Bell. One employee sweeping like she was polishing the floors for a royal coronation, another restocking with the urgency of a tranquilized turtle, and one person assembling orders at a pace that suggested time had no meaning. Incredible teamwork. And the ladies behind the counter? The hair‑twirling, hat‑adjusting, head‑scratching
routine happening inches from the food area was a bold artistic choice. Very avant‑garde. We were thrilled none of them were the ones making our food. Small miracles.
So glad we are only passing through and this is not our local Taco Bell. No wonder the place was empty.
Tortillas were stale but other than that it’s pretty terrible
They never have any items, they let you order nacho fries, cinnamon twist, etc. and won’t tell you that they don’t have them. They will simply put your order up on the counter and let you walk away and then when you go up to tell them about it they look at you like you’re stupid. Well Rd. Taco Bell workers are some of the most incompetent people known to walk the earth. The food is always poorly made and looks very sloppily put together, which would make a little since if they were busy but it was literally just us in the building. Quesadilla wasn’t cut, stood at the counter for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. And when they run out of lids for sauces they just put aluminum foil on it and throw it in your bag upside down. And don’t try to get a refund because they will tell you that you have to do it on the app and all it will do is give you a slight discount on your next order. These are the sorriest, laziest workers I’ve ever met. Do not come to this location

I went on 05-23-26 @ 2150 pm. Walked in the door and no one greeted us. There was a black female and a white female at the counter. Neither should be working the counter if you can't greet the customer. We ordered our meal as well as cinnamon twist. They gave us Cinnabon. We took them back to counter and the white female said we are out of cinnamon twist. Well we did not know seeing no one said anything at all. We go to look at the rest of our order and the cheese for the nacho fries was less than half a cup for a large fry and had tin foil wrapped over the top of it to act as a lid. The soft tacos had about 1 small scoop of meat in the very center. Someone should look into this and I'd encourage you to start with management. If the manager let's this happen apparently it's very poor management. The 2 girls most def need to be talked to or send them home. This is by far not a way to do business.
