  In the 20 minutes I was there to order, so many issues occurred. I was greeted and then the lady turned around and did 5 Togo orders before speaking to me again and she was very rude. While patiently waiting, another woman walked in to say that meat was forgotten on her sandwich. When I finally got to order, another worker dropped a sandwich on the floor which prolonged the order again. Once I finally made it to the register to pay, I noticed shredded lettuce on top of the cookies in the case. The entire place is poorly managed.

  I am not someone that likes to leave negative reviews but apparently management isn't very concerned because it's a constant issue and with the same employee. I have dealt with Angel multiple times and she is always extremely rude to myself and other customers. She never smiles, doesn't acknowledge people when they walk in, and she is rude to her coworkers. I know good employees are hard to find but good customers are as well.

  Definitely not worth wasting your money. Its more bread then meat, theyll be quick to charge you just for extra meat knowing the portions “they made” is not enough for that thick bread. Youll be better off making your own sandwich at home.

  It is a great place. Quick and convenient. One time, I had a bad experience, but every other time (which has been more than 20 times) has been awesome.
