  It's been about 5+ years since I've eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. The reason is about the last three times the wings were literally just old and cold. It was obvious they had been cooked hours previous and stored till ordered. So I just quit going, I didn't like them. Well, recently I was a party to a company dinner, so I didn't choose the place. What can go wrong? Maybe they're doing better now. I always order wings at BWW. This time I ordered the boneless wings. OMG!!! These things were so bad!!! There is no way possible that these wings were cooked anytime past the lunch hour, and at the time of this dinner was 6PM. Some of the chunks were literally unchewable. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't chew them and ended up trying to be slick and spit them out into a napkin hoping no one would see it. Now I'm trying to devise a plan to get rid of them as I didn't want to seem ungrateful at my company dinner and order food and not eat it. So, I am literally planning stupid stuff here, like maybe multiple trips to the bathroom with them in my pocket or something. I literally destroyed a pair of khakis, but fine. BWW, do you really think this customer will ever return? Are you really that lazy? Is it really worth allowing some lazy cooks/employees to run your business in the ground? Why do you do this? Please do not reach out to me, I will never step foot in a BWW again. If my company decides on this place again, I will become suddenly stricken with a rogue illness.

  Unsure as to what people consider decent service these days but it's definitely not what you'll receive at Buffalo Wild Wings in West Monroe.

  After several tries, this place is still completely hit-or-miss when it comes to getting an order right. I’ve honestly had more consistent service at Applebee’s. I usually order takeout, and it often takes multiple attempts before they get everything correct. On my most recent visit, I ended up waiting 40 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, only to leave and realize they still managed to miss an order of fries. That pretty much sums up the experience here. The food didn’t make up for it either with easily the driest wings I’ve ever had. They were so dry you could barely even tell there was supposed to be buffalo sauce on them. Overall, really disappointing.

  Michal served our party of 14 and I was astonished at how well he did. Was expecting to be there for much longer than we were there and everybody was so appreciative to have such great service. Well done mate. The promotions were also super worth it (bogo wings and bottomless apps)
