  Good sandwiches and fries. Mt only complaint is the price. Arbys prices have moved into the ridiculous range for a sandwich and fries. The only way the price is reasonable anymore us to eat whatever is on special!

  Save yourself the headache and skip the drive-thru here at night. The two young red-headed girls working the window have zero customer service skills. They couldn't get our order right, left out half our food, and told us to pull forward to wait "5 minutes" on chicken tenders. We sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes before realizing nobody was coming out. When we circled back around, they were already locking up the store, sitting inside waiting to clock out, and completely refusing to finish their jobs. The manager on duty was polite, apologized for their behavior, and issued a full refund—so this isn't on management—but the front-line workers they have on night shift flat-out refuse to do their jobs. Save your time and go somewhere else!

  How hard is it to make a PLAIN sandwich with nothing on it?!!! Ordered 2 $7 boxes with the chicken sandwiches in them. They were BOTH supposed to be PLAIN. Had everything on THEM! The food was cold, wrong and no sauces!
