  Nice and positive experience here. The service was quick and the guys on the service were nice. The place and the restroom were clean. Was pretty empty on a random Sunday afternoon. We had: 1. Classic French Dip & Swiss 2. Crispy Chicken Sandwich

  Arby's is consistently good. People talking about their DoorDash order being wrong need to take that out on the driver, not the restaurant. The driver should check the order before leaving. Arby's is unlike other fast food restaurants and serves types of sandwiches you can't get anywhere else at a relatively fast pace, even with everyone being short staffed these days.

  I came through the drive thru at 8:40pm on Tuesday April 28th and was told it was closed. There was a man who works there sitting outside at the table texting on his phone and a woman inside sweeping the floor. It was on a automated message at drive thru. Im so mad and disappointed! It says 10pm on google that yall close!

  I'm a frequent customer to this Arby's in West Monroe Louisiana. The staff is very professional and my food orders are always complete, hot and served quickly. Excellent customer service, inside the store and through the drive- thru. I'll definitely be a repeat customer of this establishment.
