  I came and got a drink on 10/1 at 6:40 pm. I thought I was going to get my drink and leave like normal. Instead I was insulted about my personal relationship, by staff. I don’t know if it was relationship that also made her mess up my drink but over all, staff seems to be pretty rude and disrespectful. I love this place so I’m pretty disappointed.

  They don’t really have food but their muffin tops are good. I find the workers have been a miss lately. There have been a few times where the workers are not friendly. It also bothers me when I have to tip ahead and the person handing me my drink seemed to not want to be there. Also, when the workers are scared of a tiny dog who is excited to see them and get her pup cup. She, like everyone else paying for a coffee, would like more friendly interaction. I can get this kind of service at all the other coffee shops and at least I’d be supporting a Louisiana companies. Both 7 brews have gone down hill in this area with friendly service.

  The only complaint I have is the fact that you can't aee the menu from the drive through. This place is new in our town and ive only been twice. Both times I had no idea what I wanted and the menu only showed featured items and its so far away you can't tell what it is and doesn't say whats in it. People just keep piling in behind you and you feel rushed to make a decision. Thats why I got the same thing because I dont know what else is there and sometimes the girls taking orders look and sound annoyed when you ask questions and the music is so loud you have to scream over it to be heard. They need a menu back in the drive through that you can look at BEFORE you get to the order point.

  Friendly and good customer service, plus, my iced coffee was a 10/10 delicious!! Very friendly attitude, friendly smile, and good energy.

  The staff is always very informative whenever you have questions. I'm not quite an expert on the menu just yet but they are so good at making suggestions. Today we asked why the midnight rain energy was tart like we like it and the one without energy that we order later in the evening is way too sweet. It was explained to us that we can customize and ask for half sweet when we don't want the energy and it should take care of it. That was very valuable so that we can still get our favorite drink in the evening without keeping us up all night.
