Staff had no idea what they were doing and didn’t print out any tickets so every time food was ready They didn’t know who it was for. They let The orders pile up while over 10 customers waited for their food or DoorDash orders. No one and I mean, no one came to the front to ask who they were picking up for or to let people know what was happening. Orders that were Supposed to be ready at 4:15 PM we’re still not picked up by 7 PM. Do better.

I called to get assistance and the first call dropped, when I called back the person kept repeating that the store was closed and was being extremely rude. When I asked for the persons name and told them I’d be reporting them they said “I don’t have to tell you” and hung on me. This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
