- SMS MApr 23, 20261.0This experience is by far my worst at a Pizza Hut franchise. A small circular piece of black rubber, the size and shape of a nickel, was baked atop my pizza. I already began to eat the pizza before noticing the foreign object and threw the remaining slices away. The pizza was contaminated, and I was beyond disgusted. Another observation was entering the building only to see a worker sweeping debris from the lobby into the kitchen area near food and food surfaces. I’ve been coming to the Walker Pizza Hut location for years and have always received very inconsistent service and food, mostly poor customer service. Until now I’ve been passive because that has been my expectation until now. I don’t have the time or interest to call and complain to management or corporate when I understand the system. Mistakes happen, but this was clear negligence. Today my instinct told me to beware, but I didn’t follow it, and the end speaks for itself. Will not be returning to any Pizza Hut.
