  I usually love Outback, and their cheese fries are my favorite. Today, I placed a TOGO curbside order and checked in using the link they sent when I arrived at the restaurant. I waited about 30 minutes after the website said my order was ready before finally getting out of my car to see what was going on. After waiting a few more minutes inside, they finished my order so I said thanks and went home. When I opened the bag, my cheese fries didn’t even have cheese on them. I don’t typically write reviews or like being negative, but this was a really disappointing experience. I had to get out of my car for a curbside order after waiting a while, and when I got home my order was wrong.

  We really went on a bad day which was mother's day. May 10, 2026. My mother requested to go there so that is where we went. The wait time was pretty good we only waited 15 minutes. Once we were seated and had received our drinks we waited an hour before our order was taken. Then forty-five minutes until we received our food which came out wrong. They forgot about my son food which he was starving at this time. It wasn't the servers fault her name was Maddie she was doing her very best. After we received our food multiple workers kept coming to see if we were done because they were trying to clean the tables really rushing us after we waited forever to receive our food. This was worse mother's day ever.

  Service was friendly but not attentive at all and for being as dead as it was says a lot. Had a 2010s club atmosphere (as far as light and music go) food was okay for the price 👌 they forgot one of my sides and still charged me 3.49 for it.. That's almost tolerable, but $6.29 for a bottle of flat Budweiser?? Forget about it, Never again!

  This Outback was SO GOOD. I want to particularly call out Chassity S, who was an absolute dream, and so helpful with my gluten allergy. They had a full menu I could choose from. My mom and I LOVED her! She also made sure multiple times we had everything we needed throughout dinner & recommendations. The flavors were phenomenal for everything we had, app & entrees. Will definitely visit again when I’m back in town.

  Service was amazing! Tae was training Madison "Maddie" and they were great. Both were very attentive and caring. All of our food came out correct and fresh. Maddie is going to be great once she is finished training. You can't go wrong sitting in their section.
