She had white beads in her hair, didn't have it pulled back, but that's not even the issue. She had a really bad attitude towards us when she ran the first part of our food out. When we were finishing up our food, the last 4 guests in our party still had not received their food. I never did get my appetizer... So when Diamond ran the food, she just sat it on a table behind the wall and walked away. At first we did not realize that was actually our food. Our server was in the process of taking an order for another large party. When we finally realized it was our food and that it was just sitting there getting cold, I spoke to the server and then the manager. Who does that!?!! That is not team work at all. Restaurants cannot run without teamwork! Had Diamond not interacted with our party at all, I am absolutely positive that our experience would have been better than it was. Besides the fact that my steak was over cooked. And paying 36$ for beef jerkey is not my style. But that isn't what prompted me to make a formal complaint through corporate and this review. Diamond is what had prompted me to do this. She was rude, and she even made our server cry. Get rid of her! We will not be return guests because of her. Nobody wants to pay 112$ for a meal just to be treated like we were a problem for her. Who does that? She completely failed. Shame on her and shame on you Outback!!!!!! Ya'll failed.... Bad.
