  Terrible service and food. Pulled through the drive through and the guy asked us to pull around to the window so we did. We get there and he asked for our order so we ask for a menu and he asked what we wanted. We don’t eat here so we don’t know. Anyways I had to pull the website up on my phone to look at the menu. Asked for Big Red and he said his soda machine was down and they didn’t have that. I asked what he had and proceeded to get Dr Pepper. It was so flat and told him and he said he would remake it. Again flat and told him and he said his soda machine is down. Why tell me you have DP if your soda machine is down? Should I just order water? Told the guy I wanted mustard and no tomatoes on my burger and got a plain burger. Asked for ketchup and bbq sauce when I ordered and got neither. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

  I have been there 3 times in theast few weeks and ordered ahead and was not early. I had to actually walk into the store to get my food. The smash burger didn't even have the smash patties on it. It was 2 thick patties and it fell apart.
