- BDBradford D.May 5, 20262.0I already don't eat many items on the menu, but ordered French fries and they were overcooked again. They were so tough, I was mashing them with my fingers before trying to chew them. They were a mixture of rock hard and rubbery.

Went through drive through and ordered, small chocolate shake, small diet coke and small french fries for a total of just over $8. Three vehicles ahead of me in line. Took forever to get to pay window. Then another wait to get to order receiving window. I was handed the chocolate shake and small diet coke and was told to pull ahead to wait on the small fries. Twelve minutes later no small fries delivered & I pulled away from this McDonald's. There was never any apologies nor explanation as to why I was in line for sixteen minutes waiting! I would have parked and went inside to demand a refund however, I had a toddler in the vehicle and did need that extra hassle. Avoid this location!
