I've been twice now since it's opened. The first time my drink was great. Staff was friendly but the the ordering process is stressful when you don't know what is on the menu and they are at your window ready to take your order. The first visit recommendation was perfect. The order I got tasted great. I did think the music was really loud but figured maybe it was being tested out or something. Second time, I think the cold foam or something was sour. It made me feel sick after drinking it. I also still don't fully know what's on the menu after 1x visit so when the staff walk up to take my order, I feel rushed to place my order. I'm no expert on coffee ordering so without seeing a menu or being able to read the descriptions, it is a stressful experience to me. Even asking questions is difficult because the music is so loud it's hard to hear. So having a conversation to ask questions isn't condusive to the environment. Makes me wonder if the music being loud is on prpose to make the ordering rushed and customer interaction less personable. I wanted to love it but it just ok. Maybe if I'm craving iced coffee bad enough, I'll stop again.
