  I had a really great experience at Wingstop thanks to Belinda. From the moment I walked in, she was very welcoming, respectful, and had such a positive attitude. Customer service like that honestly makes a huge difference. She made sure everything was handled quickly and professionally while still being friendly to everyone around her. The food came out fresh, hot, and way faster than I expected. You can tell she actually cares about making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s hard to find employees with genuine energy and good customer service nowadays, but Belinda definitely stood out. I appreciate the great experience and will definitely be coming back because of the service I received. Wingstop needs more employees like her!

  I went to Wingstop and had a very disappointing experience. The order board showed my food was ready, but I still had to wait. A woman in a green shirt with a short haircut and a lip piercing was extremely unprofessional and appeared unable to properly focus(HIGH) while handling orders. She repeatedly messed up customers’ orders, including mine. When I finally received my food, she gave me the wrong order and tried to insist it was mine until I pointed out the name on the ticket. She then admitted the mistake. Watching the confusion with multiple orders made me double-check my bag before leaving. Overall, the service was frustrating, disorganized, and unprofessional.

  I ordered a 6 piece tender through DoorDash and only received 3 they told me to report the dasher but it wasn’t the dashers fault my order was still sealed shut when he brought it to me they only got one start because I had to give at least one to leave a review

  Walked in 5 minutes after pickup time, screen said my order was ready and yet I still waited another 15 minutes on top of the original wait time. Employees saying it's done in the "system" where it looks like they are on track is a complete lie. Maybe managers need to check this

  Ordered online and went to pick up the order. We asked about the drinks and was told it was packed with the food. We got home and no drinks! Called the store and spoke to Brooke. Brooke was very rude and hung up on me. I called her back and was very nice when I told her that she should work on her customer service skills a should say “thank you” as well as “goodbye” before hanging up! She asked if I wanted to talk to her manager and I said “no thank you, I just wanted you to be kind and professional. Sh said “yes m’am” AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!! Will never go back and the fries were cold and the wings overcooked! Being kind doesn’t cost a thing!
