  There is one male cashier who thinks it is funny to be rude and make inappropriate remarks. I do not think I will bring my family back as long as that young man works there.

  This was not the Mr. Gattis from my childhood. This Mr. Gattis was absolutely INSANE. The game room, oh my goodness. It had a Carousel 🎠, so many games. It was almost as if you were at Chuck E Cheese but without the sheer madness! I have to hand it to them; they have outdone themselves! I also left my phone on the table on the way back to Beaumont, and I called them from Bmt, and they held it until I drove all the way back to get it. It was so clean! They even have hand-washing stations at the entrance, which, in my opinion, all restaurants should have. 10 out of 10. If only I could convince them to bring one back to SETexas.

  Been here many times, especially as a kid. I’ve always been picky and brought food from somewhere else while family/friends would eat here. Never once had a problem before. Went today and told us no outside food and that each person has to purchase a buffet to even sit down/play games. So we left and went somewhere else. Me and my son are very picky and had our own food. Again never in my 15 years have they ever told us this till today. Was very disappointed.

  Never had a place deny service to my husband and his service dog even after referring to the ADA. May wanna brush up on your laws before you make an expensive mistake.
