I ordered online, two sandwiches for my husband and I and a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles for our autistic child. They forgot the donut so I went back, and told the lady at the drive through "Hey, i'm sorry I was just here a little bit ago to pick up an online order and I think maybe y'all forgot the chocolate donut from my order" and told them my name. I get to the window and they stand around with their backs turned blocking sight into the store and then they basically throw a bag at me through the window and closed the window before I could say "thank you". I get home and look in the bag and it's a chocolate cream donut. I'm being picky but let's look at the difference, cream vs regular with sprinkles.... there's a texture difference. It also made me quite nervous to give a cream donut to anyone since they had their back turned and angrily threw the bag at me. They also don't fill their drinks up like they used to, not sure if Dunkin's is trying to save money by not actually filling up the drinks or what.
