  I'm not normally one to do reviews, but I'm genuinely so irked. Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with onion rings and white gravy as well as a cheeseburger and onion rings and an extra white gravy. We got pulled, waited, no big deal. Get a bag and a box. Check the food, only have the chicken strips, one gravy, one onion ring, and the burger. Go back around cause we didn't get everything we paid for. We wait for forever. Get the second onion ring and second gravy- the gravy was flipped upside down, I mean it's lidded, but already being a little annoyed that just added to it. Get home- the onion rings are fried so hard, which- was what we were originally pulled for. But, not only that- I hadn't even considered needing to make sure the four piece was actually a four piece, but now I'll be sure to do that because there were only three pieces in the box. On top of all that, the chicken wasn't even fully cooked. I mean, jeez.

  15 workers with 14 standing around. Online ordered 2 blizzards. They sayed they were working on them, lol hey let's build a new store that serves ice cream and install one machine that makes said ice cream. 10 minutes on 2 blizzards. Just as good as the old dairy Queen haha

  They charged me for someone else’s order , they gave me a double instead of a triple burger, my chicken tender basket was ice cold , they didn’t give me a sauce for the tenders. Not one thing went right, everything was wrong and I paid for someone else’s food. Terrible experience

  Not impressed!! Food was just okay! Chicken fingers were hard as a brick. There was no where to sit and enjoy lunch because most the staff members were sitting at the tables . Had to request our food to go .Seen a older gentlemen keep getting up and going to the back. I believe he was the owner and getting frustrated with slow service .

  Opening day review: Very busy inside and drive thru, as anyone should expect. Went through drive thru, a little slow, but mostly due to customers asking lots of questions, a new food experience for some folks here in town. I could hear the drive thru cashier patiently answering questions and confirming orders, a good thing. Get the order taken correctly. I ordered a 4 finger Parmesan Garlic chicken strip basket. But ultimately received a 6 finger Classic chicken strip basket. Sometimes win some lose some happens at the same time. My receipt was correct, so she may have been handed the wrong box to bag 🤷‍♂️. No worries, food was hot and fresh and came out in a reasonable amount of time. These are just first day \ first weeks mistakes. They will find their groove and become a welcomed addition to Sulphur's food \ restaurant areas. Extend a little patience, and enjoy what you get.
