  I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 7:45 and I didn't get my food untill 8:30 (this is the second time this has happened)

  Stalls barely work, can’t hear the person behind the microphone, they can’t hear you either, food & drinks take 15 minutes to get after ordering, press the red button and they might answer, had to swap to 5 different stalls before I finally got someone, ordered a banana pudding blast and it was straight ice cream no vanilla cookies at all, medium cup was only half way full, wasn’t even full, fries are always stale and burnt, drive through is closed. Overall this place has went to hell. If I could give it zero stars I would!

  If I could give it a ZERO star I would! I have tried multiples to give the chances to fix their issues of taking more than 15 minutes for 2 sodas. Today was the last straw, was given a carbonated water instead of a Dr. pepper. The manager couldn’t even take 2 minutes of their time to address the issue I waited 5 additional minutes. I’m done supporting that business.

  In what world is this a medium drink? And when asked about, guy at the window says "yeah that's a medium" No, cause the other medium that came with the meal is twice the size.
